  • Demonstrate equine acceptance and behavior
  • Use of gentle firmness to get a willing response from your horse
  • Riding starts in the training pen and proceeds to the riding arena
  • Group independent ride where every rider is in gentle control of his/her own mount
  • NOT a nose-to-tail ride
  • Scheduled for small private parties
  • This is required before you can go horseback/fly fishing or high-country riding

  • Rides tailored to rider's interest
  • From sub-alpine scree to high prairie ridges

    Equipment/Info
  • Sun hats, loose fitting shirts, long pants and riding boots are needed
  • Our guests will ride Dexter, Ellie, Dodge, or Overtime, our Norwegian Fjords
  • They are gentle, sturdy, extremely friendly, well-trained and reliable horses
