  • Yes. Our Fjords are very gentle and perfect for new riders
  • We are skilled riders and instructors and are eager to help you learn horsemanship skills that will increase your enjoyment of riding while making you secure and comfortable during your ride

  • At Yellowstone you were most likely just "along for the ride" and your horse would have done fine without a bridle, halter, or rider
  • Our riding is not all "nose-to-tail"
  • We want our guests to experience more of the joy of horse riding by learning riding skills
  • Knowing how to control and guide your horse will really help should something unexpected occur

  • 5. What does, "The Blackfeet Nation offers a very limited number of big game tags to the public" mean?
  • Only 5 tags are available to non-tribal members for Bull Elk or Bull Moose
  • Three bighorn ram tags are available to non-tribal members through auction
  • There are also only 5 tags for Bull Moose and Bighorn Sheep available to tribal members
  • Tribal members have only 5 tags for elk in the Flat Top Mountain trophy area
